I AM ISABELLA

Wonder if you noticed that, I've changed my blog's name!

The previous one was "Me-Myself", but after reading some articles from the internet, I've changed my mind and gave my Blog a new name, I-SA-BEL-LA, which is my own name (:

Isabella, such a long name with long pronunciation right? I think my name sometimes does trouble peoples when they pronounce it. Even for myself, its also kind of too long for me to mention my own name. And I always have the thought that I could never call my own name with pretty slang. Thus, there's not more than 5 peoples (people that I knew) i suppose, who can pronounce my name with the slank and accent I like. People either called it flatly or wrongly (why do you call me Isabell instead of IsabelLA? There is a 'la' at the back don't you notice that?). Gahh! That's the thing I care the most and I correct everyone who called my name wrongly as Isabelle. Cannot stand for it. Why do you want to change my name huh?!

Nicknames are used simply for convenience. I guess my name needs it the most. Lol.

I've just Googled  'nicknames for Isabella' and it comes out with 4,530,000 results. I've no idea which link to choose at, so I simply randomly clicked on some 'attracted titles'.

Some common nicknames suggested:

Izzy Bella Belle Bell Ella Ellie Elly Lala Elle Sabbie Sabel Abelle Allie

There is numerous nicknames for Isabella, but still, I love the way my friends and family called me.

They called me  Bella :)

From Think Baby Names website, it claims that the meaning of Isabella is "God's promise; God is my oath". And for Bella, it means beautiful. I love my name and as well for my nickname. My family called me Bella since I was a baby. I have get used to it and I simply like the meaning of the name though. Teehee!

However, i noticed that peoples who know my Chinese name don't know my English name, vice versa. People who used to call me 樱子, don't really know and cannot get use to the name of Isabella, same goes to the opposite side. Why would this happen?! I've no idea seriously. Can anyone solve this? LOL.

My name is Isabella Wee Ying Zhi, 黄樱子. I love both my English and Chinese name, they sound great for me. Yet, they've been following me since I was born. So please get use to both of them. Its kinda hurt when I heard peoples say "Hey have you seen Isabella?" "Who is Isabella??" '樱子啦" "Ohh! 樱子就樱子啦，不要讲Isabella吧" =.=

No doubt, seriously I heard this conversation before! Please, try to remember both of my Chinese and English names. Don't be bias, treat both of them fairly. Most of my secondary schoolmates know my Chinese name and friends met in Curtin know my English name. EMO =S

Sorry for being kinda irritable, but I really take this seriously. It’s my name wad.

FRIDAY MORNING

My spaghetti day!

This is my first time cooking spaghetti.

Planned to make it since long time ago but I never do it.

Today, i made it (:

*NOM NOM*!

However, there's a sad thing.

I purposely made spaghetti for daddy and I as our breakfast.

But when dad tasted the spaghetti,

he said "Why it tastes sour? Shouldn't eat sour for breakfast in the morning lah".

Then he went to cook mee goreng for himself. Rolf.

Imagine that I have to sapu all the spaghetti cooked by myself with full of heart D=

Sunshine Moment

GOOD MORNING!

Woke up in the early morning,

accompanied daddy fetching my sister to school then we went breakfast with my grandpa.

Three generation of Wee going for breakfast together. Yeah :D

I've craving for dim sum for such a long time, finally I had it today! *nom nom*

Thumbs up for me.

Imma good good daughter and grand daughter accompany both daddy and grandpa for breakfast in the early morning *wink*

Its 8am right now, I'm sitting in front of my lappy, getting started with my assignment and revision soon.

Holidays ends in 3 days time.

It alerts me that exam coming up soon. Gahhhh.

I brought my sister to Marina Bay yesterday evening.

Enjoyed the sea breeze and beautiful sunset.

We had fun taking photos.

Not going to praise that my sister is pretty, but she is adorable though. TEEHEE!

Random of ME

Another late night and here I come! 

I'm bored, but don't feel like studying.

Just done watching few episodes of Hong Kong drama and I've nothing to do right now.

Find that I've been addicted to the "POKE" in Facebook lately.

The only reason to explain this is because once you poke, you'll never stop. Lol.

I poke, you poke back. I poke, you poke back.

I'll click on the "poke" button automatically whenever I saw it appears.

It turns out becoming a never-ending activity between me and my friends.

But however, there's people who can ignore the notification of 'Poke' when it appeared,

but I just can't. Wonder why =S

Forgive me! Hahahaha.

I've been through 18 years, 3 months and 10 days.

I don't know if you noticed that,

I never wear contact lens.

I find out that girls nowadays used to wear contact lens.

Not saying all girls but most of them.

There have been different types of contact lens introduced to the market lately.

Eg: colorful, with stripes, with patterns etc.

Contact lens is no longer plan anymore.

Instead of girls, boys do wear contact lens too.

It has becoming a trend already i suppose.

It doesn't matter if the person has myopia, people wears in for fun, for better looking.

Put on contact lens is no longer women's patent.

Boys have their rights to maintain their appearances too.

And this makes me inferior.

Even boys put on contact lens,

but I just don't dare too. Lol.

 Those horrible news on Facebook and newspaper about contact lens just simply freak me out.

Kay la, just describe me as timid as a mouse. I admit though.

Even my sister dare to put on contact lens but I don't =X

Without contact lens, I couldn't wear sun glasses while driving under sunlight.

I can't wear both glasses and sun glasses at the same time.

Without contact lens, I couldn't see things clearly without obstacle in front of my eyes.

The spectacles frame always block some of my view.

Without contact lens, my fringe would probably curl outwards more.

The spectacles frame used to make my fringe 'fly' outwards.

I know how convenience contact lens is.

But I still don't wanna give it a try. Lol.

And the other reason is that my parents do not encourage us to use contact lens though.

My dad used to say "I scare you forgot to take off the contact lens when you sleep".

Cute daddy huh?! Zzz.

As a conclusion,

I still think spectacles suit me more =D HAHA!
